Susan Vandagriff has been in the property management industry since 1983. Her experience includes apartment, condominium, townhome, single family and commercial property management.
Ms. Vandagriff has completed the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) program and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) program. Ms. Vandagriff also holds the highest designation through the Community Asscociation Insitute (CAI): Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

Amanda Putman has been in the property management industry since 2017. Ms. Putman joined VanMor Properties, Inc., in 2017. Her experience includes townhome and single-family management.
Ms. Putman participates in educational seminars and continuing education sponsored by Community Association Institute (CAI).

Eileen Kennedy has been in the property management industry since 2011. Ms. Kennedy joined VanMor Properties, Inc., in April 2019. Her experience includes townhomes and single family management.
JIMMY VANDAGRIFF

Jimmy Vandagriff has been in the property management industry since 2001. Mr. Vandagriff joined VanMor Properties, Inc., in 2001. His experience includes single-family management and specialization in architectural review.
Mr. Vandagriff is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration. He also has a certificate from the Greater Houston Builders Association in Architectural Blueprint Reading. He is currently working on obtaining his Association Management Specialist Certification. In addition, he actively participates in educational seminars sponsored by Community Association Institute (CAI).
CHARLYNE JONES

Charlyne Jones is an experienced property management professional who joined VanMor Properties, Inc., in February 2025. With a background in accounting and large construction, she brings valuable expertise in managing both the financial and operational aspects of associations.
Ms. Jones entered the property management industry in 2019. Her experience includes condominiums, townhomes, and single-family communities. Committed to professional growth, Ms. Jones actively participates in educational seminars and continuing education sponsored by the Community Association Institute (CAI).
